All produce is processed through our state of the art packing plant located in Palmetto, FL. Computers search for defect tomatoes by taking hundreds of pictures of each piece of produce. We are one of the few produce companies to successfully integrate this technology. By utilizing photoelectric eye technology we ensure minimal human contact with the produce and increase food safety. Each tomato has about 50 pictures taken of it and allowing the machine to sort out defects and separate by size for packing.
